Tal homenagem ao magistrado, que foi desembargador do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Alagoas, reuniu diversas autoridades na Escola Superior da Magistratura (Esmal).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cEstamos falando sobre uma fonte de not\u00e1vel saber jur\u00eddico para todos os operadores do Direito e fruto de estudos realizados em parceria entre a Esmal e a Universidade Federal de Alagoas. Sem d\u00favida alguma, o livro \u00e9 um incentivador da ci\u00eancia do saber\u201d, declarou o chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas, M\u00e1rcio Roberto, durante a solenidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">O evento teve sua abertura feita pelo presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Alagoas, desembargador Fernando Tourinho, filho do professor e desembargador homenageado. Logo em seguida, aconteceu a palestra proferida pelo ministro Humberto Martins, do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ), que discorreu sobre a tem\u00e1tica do livro. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201c\u00c9 uma obra que nos traz um vasto conhecimento sobre o universo do Direito Penal. Com mudan\u00e7as constantes nas leis, \u00e9 preciso que nos atualizemos sempre, e o livro nos permite essa capacita\u00e7\u00e3o. E homenagear o desembargador Jos\u00e9 Fernando Lima Souza foi uma s\u00e1bia decis\u00e3o, uma vez que estamos falando sobre um magistrado que era apaixonado pela cultura jur\u00eddica e pelo Direito\u201d, disse o ministro. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">O ebook<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do ebook foi feita por Alberto Jorge Correia de Barros Lima e Martin Ramalho de Freitas Le\u00e3o Rego. A obra est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no site da Escola Superior da Magistratura. \u201cEssa foi a nossa contribui\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica sobre o Direito Penal. O conv\u00eanio formalizado entre a Poder Judici\u00e1rio e a Faculdade se Direito da Ufal permitiu que desenvolv\u00eassemos, alunos do mestrado e professores, v\u00e1rios estudos na \u00e1rea criminal e que podem servir para muitas discuss\u00f5es entre os operadores do Sistema de Justi\u00e7a\u201d, afirmou o juiz Alberto Jorge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align:
