Na visita, constatou-se a necessidade de melhorias estruturais para que a barragem possa operar, de fato, com seguran\u00e7a. No que se refere \u00e0 parte documental, necess\u00e1ria \u00e0 regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o, a promotora de Justi\u00e7a Lav\u00ednia Fragoso destaca que o propriet\u00e1rio vem atendendo as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os fiscalizadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTrata-se de uma barragem que foi constru\u00edda h\u00e1 muitos anos, por isso a metodologia aplicada era diferente do que se aplica hoje. Por conta disso, os vertedouros n\u00e3o conseguiram dar conta das fortes chuvas que ocorreram neste ano. O rio terminou transbordando, provocando certo impacto ambiental na jusante da barragem. Obras de engenharia ser\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias para corrigir isso\u201d, informou a promotora de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os projetos prevendo as melhorias estruturais dever\u00e3o ser elaborados e apresentados \u00e0 Secretaria de Estado de Meio Ambiente e Recursos H\u00eddricos (Semarh), com c\u00f3pia para o MP, que acompanhar\u00e1 o andamento, aprova\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o das obras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Seguran\u00e7a<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Plano Nacional de Seguran\u00e7a de Barragens determina que os propriet\u00e1rios elaborem um Plano de Seguran\u00e7a, documento que traz uma s\u00e9rie de medidas a serem adotadas em caso de acidentes ou cat\u00e1strofes. Sobre essa documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, Luciano Lopes, ge\u00f3grafo da Semarh, informou que os propriet\u00e1rios da barragem visitada nesta sexta v\u00eam atendendo todas as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es no sentido de promover a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA vistoria realizada hoje teve como objetivo avaliar as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es que foram feitas pela Semarh e o cumprimento delas pelo propriet\u00e1rio. Verificamos que houve uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos quesitos que foram solicitados e observamos que o empreendedor vem buscando a melhoria do seu barramento\u201d, relatou o representante da Secretaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No in\u00edcio deste m\u00eas, o projeto \u201cBarragem Segura\u201d realizou fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es em outras duas barragens no munic\u00edpio de
