De autoria da promotora de Justi\u00e7a Dalva Ten\u00f3rio, o trabalho tem como tema o olhar do MP no depoimento especial, mais especificamente a necessidade de se afastar o autor da viol\u00eancia do cen\u00e1rio do depoimento. A tese ser\u00e1 defendida no XXV Congresso Nacional do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, que ser\u00e1 realizado em Salvador, no in\u00edcio de novembro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O depoimento especial \u00e9 um procedimento trazido pela <span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2015-2018\/2017\/lei\/l13431.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lei 13.431<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, de 2017, que cria o sistema de garantia de direitos da crian\u00e7a e do adolescente v\u00edtima ou testemunha de viol\u00eancia.
