O j\u00fari popular ocorreu nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (3), no F\u00f3rum da capital e teve o promotor de justi\u00e7a Thiago Riff no papel da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cO Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico defendeu a condena\u00e7\u00e3o do r\u00e9u por homic\u00eddio duplamente qualificado, sendo as duas qualificadoras pelo motivo f\u00fatil e o emprego de asfixia. Al\u00e9m da pena, ficou fixado o valor de 50 mil reais de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o a ser pago para a fam\u00edlia da v\u00edtima.\u201d, explicou o promotor de justi\u00e7a Thiago Riff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para o promotor trata-se de uma significativa vit\u00f3ria na busca pela justi\u00e7a e pela prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos das pessoas trans e de toda a sociedade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Entenda o caso<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O crime, que chocou a comunidade em fevereiro de 2021, se deu na resid\u00eancia de Alessia, localizada no bairro de Cruz das Almas. A v\u00edtima perdeu a vida de forma tr\u00e1gica, v\u00edtima de asfixia, e o r\u00e9u foi detido em flagrante pela Pol\u00edcia Militar de Alagoas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os detalhes apresentados nos autos do processo revelam que no dia do crime, o r\u00e9u combinou um encontro por meio de um aplicativo de relacionamento com uma amiga de Alessia, conhecida pelo nome social de Laura, que se tornou uma testemunha fundamental no caso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e1vio dirigiu-se ao apartamento onde Laura residia com Alessia e, tendo pago 50 reais pelo encontro, ofereceu seu aparelho celular como garantia de pagamento para a continuidade dos servi\u00e7os prestados pela v\u00edtima. Alessia aceitou a oferta e seguiu para o quarto com S\u00e1vio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por\u00e9m, ap\u00f3s alguns minutos, o r\u00e9u deixou o quarto sem roupa e se dirigiu a Laura, dando in\u00edcio a uma luta corporal entre os dois. Nesse momento, Laura avistou a v\u00edtima ca\u00edda no ch\u00e3o e prontamente acionou uma viatura da Pol\u00edcia Militar que estava realizando uma ronda de rotina nas proximidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A chegada da pol\u00edcia resultou na pris\u00e3o de S\u00e1vio e na confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da morte da v\u00edtima. O crime teria ocorrido devido \u00e0 inten\u00e7\u00e3o do acusado de descumprir o acordo de pagamento.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>GALERIA DE
