No encontro, o representante do Poder Executivo entregou ao chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas dois importantes documentos que tratam dos direitos dessa comunidade. M\u00e1rcio Roberto ratificou o compromisso do MPAL no combate \u00e0 homofobia e na defesa da dignidade e cidadania do p\u00fablico LGBT.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A reuni\u00e3o teve o objetivo de formalizar a entrega do Plano Estadual de Direitos LGBT e do relat\u00f3rio do Encontro Nacional dos Conselhos de Direitos LGBT. \u201cRecebemos os documentos e faremos os encaminhamentos necess\u00e1rios para que as promotorias que atuam na causa conhe\u00e7am os detalhes de cada um deles e possam fortalecer suas atua\u00e7\u00f5es na salvaguarda dessa popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Estamos aqui para fiscalizar se as leis est\u00e3o sendo cumpridas e para trabalhar pelo fomento de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, tanto de defesa de direitos quanto de enfrentamento \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00eanero. O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico n\u00e3o tolera crimes de \u00f3dio\u201d, declarou M\u00e1rcio Roberto Ten\u00f3rio de Albuquerque.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m informou que a 59\u00aa e 60\u00aa Promotorias de Justi\u00e7a s\u00e3o os \u00f3rg\u00e3os de execu\u00e7\u00e3o que atuam no enfrentamento \u00e0 homofobia e \u00e0 transfobia e que 61\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a desenvolve suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es na garantia de direitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u00c9 muito importante esse acolhimento que recebemos do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, ele fortalece o nosso trabalho. Estamos entregando os documentos e gostar\u00edamos do apoio do MP para que o plano e as demandas apresentadas no relat\u00f3rio possam ser cumpridas. Esse papel de \u00f3rg\u00e3o fiscal \u00e9 fundamental para que as pol\u00edticas se materializem\u201d, disse Messias Mendon\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9m participaram da reuni\u00e3o os promotores de Justi\u00e7a Humberto Bulh\u00f5es, chefe de gabinete, e Edelzito Andrade, assessor especial, ambos do MPAL, e a professora Maria Al\u00edcia Freitas, que integra a assessoria t\u00e9cnica da Ger\u00eancia de Articula\u00e7\u00e3o, Execu\u00e7\u00e3o e Monitoramento de Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas para a Popula\u00e7\u00e3o LGBT.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
