A constru\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade foi fruto de media\u00e7\u00e3o ocorrida na CPRAC-PGE, a partir de a\u00e7\u00e3o civil p\u00fablica do MP, sendo a primeira no Brasil voltada exclusivamente ao atendimento de adolescentes em conflito com a lei que necessitam de acolhimento inicial pelo uso de drogas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A promotora de Justi\u00e7a Mar\u00edlia Cerqueira explica que a unidade \u00e9 a porta de entrada para adolescentes que possuem algum problema relacionado ao uso de subst\u00e2ncias psicoativas. Antes de serem encaminhados para as unidades de cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas, eles s\u00e3o atendidos na unidade para dependentes qu\u00edmicos, recebendo o acolhimento psicossocial necess\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cH\u00e1 um sofrimento na condi\u00e7\u00e3o do adolescente que tem problemas com drogas, por isso \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio o respectivo acolhimento. Pensando nisso, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico tratou com o Estado sobre a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de uma unidade de acolhimento para adolescentes em conflito com a lei. Esse \u00e9 um recurso importante para que a reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o desse adolescente \u00e0 sociedade se d\u00ea da melhor forma poss\u00edvel\u201d, afirma a promotora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Tamb\u00e9m participaram da visita representantes da Defensoria P\u00fablica do Estado e do Conselho Estadual dos Direitos da
