As unidades apresentaram algumas irregularidades no fornecimento de \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel e merenda, al\u00e9m de quest\u00f5es estruturais. O MP enviar\u00e1 of\u00edcio \u00e0 Prefeitura para solucionar o problema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Uma das unidades visitadas foi a Escola Municipal Dagmar Monteiro Cavalcante Manso. De acordo com o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Kleber Valadares, ela passou por reforma recentemente, o que \u00e9 um aspecto positivo. Por\u00e9m, os fiscais constataram que a unidade n\u00e3o tem bebedouro, disponibilizando apenas um purificador para atender cerca de 430 alunos. Al\u00e9m disso, a escola n\u00e3o tem quantidade de alimentos suficiente para a merenda, em especial carnes, legumes e frutas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Esse problema relacionado ao fornecimento de uma merenda adequada \u00e0s necessidades nutricionais dos alunos tamb\u00e9m foi constatado na Escola Municipal Manoel Lamenha Lins. O projeto \u201cSede de Aprender\u201d encontrou ainda problemas estruturais, a exemplo de mofo, forro danificado, ar-condicionado com poeira, relata o promotor de Justi\u00e7a. Outro aspecto que vale mencionar \u00e9 a dificuldade de acesso \u00e0 escola, que fica na zona rural, por conta das condi\u00e7\u00f5es da estrada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O pr\u00f3ximo passo a ser adotado \u00e9 o envio de of\u00edcio para a Prefeitura sobre o que foi encontrado durante as vistorias, solicitando as medidas a serem tomadas pela gest\u00e3o para solucionar o problema. Participaram da a\u00e7\u00e3o representantes do Instituto do Meio Ambiente (IMA) e Batalh\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Ambiental (BPA), assim como a promotora de Justi\u00e7a de Matriz de Camaragibe,
