No evento, que ocorreu na cidade de Marechal Deodoro, foram entregues 130 t\u00edtulos de propriedade relativos as casas do conjunto Terra Esperan\u00e7a.\u00a0\u00a0A cerim\u00f4nia tamb\u00e9m contou com a presen\u00e7a da promotora de Justi\u00e7a Maria Luisa Maia Santos, que atua na 1\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a daquela comarca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reconhecendo a import\u00e2ncia do programa para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de baixa renda, o chefe do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas parabenizou o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a pela iniciativa que j\u00e1 beneficiou, em quase 20 anos, mais de 40 mil alagoanos: \u201cA casa pr\u00f3pria \u00e9 o sonho de todo brasileiro e um programa desse porte que, de um lado, tem o poder p\u00fablico querendo regularizar essas \u00e1reas e resid\u00eancias e, do outro, o Judici\u00e1rio disposto a fazer todo o tr\u00e2mite legal a fim de conceder tal regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o, une for\u00e7as para levar dignidade ao povo\u201d, declarou M\u00e1rcio Roberto Ten\u00f3rio de Albuquerque.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O trabalhador rural Jos\u00e9 Clemilson de Souza Silva foi dos beneficiados e voltou para casa feliz ao receber a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cH\u00e1 uns cinco anos, n\u00f3s ocupamos a \u00e1rea e fomos construindo as casas. Com o tempo, o munic\u00edpio foi oferecendo os servi\u00e7os, mas foi um processo de muita luta para chegar at\u00e9 aqui. Ent\u00e3o, o dia de hoje \u00e9 a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um sonho. Estou muito feliz\u201d, comemorou ele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O presidente do TJAL, Fernando Tourinho, destacou que o Moral Legal traz muitos benef\u00edcios aos munic\u00edpios. &#8220;O t\u00edtulo de propriedade proporciona \u00e0s fam\u00edlias acesso a cr\u00e9dito para reforma ou amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do im\u00f3vel, al\u00e9m de seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica na hora da transfer\u00eancia do bem, seja em vida, seja aos herdeiros ap\u00f3s a morte&#8221;, detalhou ele, acrescentando que aguarda o interesse de outras prefeituras para dar seguimento ao programa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O programa Moradia Legal \u00e9 uma parceria entre Tribuna de Justi\u00e7a de Alagoas, Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Not\u00e1rios e Registradores (Anoreg\/AL) e prefeituras. Desde que foi lan\u00e7ado, em 2005, a iniciativa j\u00e1 regularizou mais de 43 mil im\u00f3veis de fam\u00edlias de baixa em renda em Alagoas.<\/p>\n<\/div><style
