O encontro \u00e9 um desdobramento da not\u00edcia de fato n\u00ba 01.2023.0001794-4 instaurada pela 18\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Capital ap\u00f3s pedido formulado pelos munic\u00edpios de Macei\u00f3 e Arapiraca, e foi presidido pelo procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, M\u00e1rcio Roberto Ten\u00f3rio de Albuquerque, e pela promotora de Justi\u00e7a Stela Val\u00e9ria Cavalcanti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No procedimento que tramita na 18\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Capital, o MPAL busca ser o mediador entre o Estado e as prefeituras para que esse repasse aos munic\u00edpios possa ocorrer da forma mais justa poss\u00edvel. \u201cA forma de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS \u00e9 definida na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, em seu artigo 158, e na Lei Complementar n\u00ba 63\/90, al\u00e9m de ser regido por uma lei estadual. \u00c9 um repasse important\u00edssimo \u00e0 sobreviv\u00eancia das prefeituras, portanto, desejamos que essa quest\u00e3o possa ser solucionada de maneira pac\u00edfica e razo\u00e1vel para todas as partes envolvidas\u201d, argumentou M\u00e1rcio Roberto Ten\u00f3rio de Albuquerque.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A reuni\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de representantes das Secretarias de Estado da Fazenda e da Agricultura e Pecu\u00e1ria e da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios Alagoanos (AMA), al\u00e9m do chefe de gabinete do MPAL, promotor de Justi\u00e7a Humberto Bulh\u00f5es, e do promotor da Assessoria T\u00e9cnica, Vicente Porci\u00fancula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Envio de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Constitucionalmente, os munic\u00edpios t\u00eam direito a 25% do total do ICMS arrecadado pelo Estado. \u201cNesta reuni\u00e3o, dentre outras solicita\u00e7\u00f5es, refor\u00e7amos o pedido para que a Secretaria de Agricultura e Pecu\u00e1ria nos envie os relat\u00f3rios sobre a parte do ICMS que \u00e9 origin\u00e1rio do agroneg\u00f3cio e ajuda a gerar o valor repassado aos munic\u00edpios pelo Estado. \u00c0 Sefaz, pedimos informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre como funciona essa divis\u00e3o e vamos, a partir de agora, seguir com o di\u00e1logo para chegarmos a denominador comum, de modo que todas as prefeituras possam se sentir satisfeitas\u201d, afirmou Stela Val\u00e9ria Cavalcanti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelo regramento jur\u00eddico, o Estado faz a entrega do ICMS aos munic\u00edpios sempre nos dias 10, 20 e 30 de cada m\u00eas, mediante cr\u00e9dito, em parcela correspondente ao valor devido, conforme o coeficiente individual de participa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1 .fusion-gallery-image
