Ap\u00f3s a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o sustentada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas, durante toda esta ter\u00e7a-feira (25), o r\u00e9u Fernando Henrique da Andrade Oleg\u00e1rio foi condenado pela morte do menino M\u00e1rcio Kau\u00e3 Ferreira Acioli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A atua\u00e7\u00e3o do MPAL foi conduzida pelo promotor de Justi\u00e7a Ant\u00f4nio Vilas Boas, da 49\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da capital. \u201cSustentamos\u00a0 a tese de homic\u00eddio triplamente qualificado por motivos f\u00fatil, perigo comum e que impossibilitou a defesa da v\u00edtima, al\u00e9m de fraude processual, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o falsa de crime e corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de menores, e conseguimos convencer o conselho de senten\u00e7a da pr\u00e1tica de todos os il\u00edcitos penais. Foi uma pena justa\u201d, afirmou Vilas Boas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo o promotor de Justi\u00e7a, tamb\u00e9m foi mantida a pris\u00e3o preventiva de Fernando Henrique da Andrade Oleg\u00e1rio, que ainda foi condenado a pena de multa de R$ 7 mil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O caso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O pequeno M\u00e1rcio Kau\u00e3 Ferreira Acioli foi assassinado com apenas 2 anos, em 18 de abril do ano passado, no Benedito Bentes,\u00a0 na parte alta de Macei\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O corpo da crian\u00e7a foi encontrado 10 dias depois, em 28 de abril, em uma \u00e1rea de mata, na mesma regi\u00e3o onde ela desapareceu. Quando foi localizado, o cad\u00e1ver j\u00e1 estava em estado de decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O casal que tomava conta de Kau\u00e3, Oleg\u00e1rio e a namorada, confessou o crime. O r\u00e9u admitiu que bateu na v\u00edtima porque ela estaria \u201caperreando\u201d e que, durante as agress\u00f5es, o garoto teria ca\u00eddo e batido com a cabe\u00e7a, vindo a falecer.<\/p>\n<p
