O promotor de Justi\u00e7a D\u00eanis <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Guimar\u00e3es quer identificar o autor para que possam ser aplicadas as penalidades previstas em lei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">\u201cRecebemos a den\u00fancia, j\u00e1 houve a constata\u00e7\u00e3o do crime ambiental e n\u00f3s, enquanto \u00f3rg\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">fiscalizador, temos a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de chegar aos autores. O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico defende direitos coletivos <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">e degradar o meio ambiente compromete n\u00e3o somente a mata, mas o solo, os recursos h\u00eddricos, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">obviamente a atmosfera e, consequentemente, a vida humana e animal. Isso \u00e9 inconceb\u00edvel nos <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">depararmos com atitudes que prejudiquem a sa\u00fade e a seguran\u00e7a da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, ainda mais numa<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">cidade pequena como Batalha\u201d, afirma Guimar\u00e3es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">O promotor de Justi\u00e7a respalda a iniciativa por ela adotada com a Lei Federal n\u00ba 6.938 de 31 de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">agosto de 1981, que trata da Pol\u00edtica Nacional do Meio Ambiente e diz em seu Art. 2\u00ba que o <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">objetivo \u00e9 a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o, melhoria e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade ambiental prop\u00edcia \u00e0 vida, visando <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">assegurar, no Pa\u00eds, condi\u00e7\u00f5es ao desenvolvimento socioecon\u00f4mico, aos interesses da seguran\u00e7a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">nacional e \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o da dignidade da vida humana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">\u201cAl\u00e9m da instaura\u00e7\u00e3o do procedimento, oficiamos o Ibama e o Ima e pedimos que, num prazo de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">trinta dias, apresentem informa\u00e7\u00f5es por meio de relat\u00f3rios conclusivos, pareceres e decis\u00f5es. Foi <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">pedido tamb\u00e9m que detalhem se o dano ocorreu em \u00e1rea de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e especifiquem a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">forma.
