Os conselheiros fizeram interven\u00e7\u00f5es baseadas nas justificativas do pretendente, pois o Conselho exige entrevista para detectar conveni\u00eancia entre a pesquisa realizada e as atividades laborais exercidas pelo membro dentro do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas (MPAL).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O promotor de Justi\u00e7a Bruno Baptista, titular da Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Atalaia, e tamb\u00e9m atuando na 41\u00aa promotoria de Justi\u00e7a do Torcedor, mostrou-se satisfeito com o resultado e pormenorizou a entrevista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cA reuni\u00e3o de hoje foi para ratificar o meu pedido de afastamento para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de doutorado. Na oportunidade, respondi \u00e0s indaga\u00e7\u00f5es dos conselheiros sobre a minha trajet\u00f3ria acad\u00eamica e profissional, o motivo da universidade escolhida e os objetivos da pesquisa a ser realizada. Informei que durante o mestrado pesquisei um modelo espec\u00edfico de a\u00e7\u00e3o estatal em defesa da probidade administrativa, fazendo uma an\u00e1lise dos n\u00edveis atuais de efetividade de sua tutela preventiva e repressiva. Como constata\u00e7\u00e3o da inefetividade destes sistemas de tutela, foi proposto um modelo de defesa da probidade administrativa com foco em uma maior participa\u00e7\u00e3o de entes n\u00e3o estatais, sugerindo determinadas provid\u00eancias, com base em experi\u00eancias e modelos isolados e exitosos, de a\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, ressalta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Baptista refor\u00e7a que submeter-se ao doutorado tem como foco principal aprofundar, de formas mais efetivas, o estudo de combate \u00e0
