No encontro, os participantes trataram sobre a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um mutir\u00e3o de audi\u00eancias na 16\u00aa Vara Criminal da Capital para agilizar processos de execu\u00e7\u00e3o penal. A ideia \u00e9 que a a\u00e7\u00e3o seja realizada em julho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, M\u00e1rcio Roberto Ten\u00f3rio de Albuquerque, informou que o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas est\u00e1 preparado para participar de mais essa a\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cSempre que h\u00e1 necessidade de algum mutir\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio para equacionar os trabalhos que est\u00e3o atrasados, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico tem participado e, dessa vez, n\u00e3o poderia ser diferente\u201d, destacou o PGJ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acordo com o presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, desembargador Fernando Tourinho, a 16\u00aa Vara Criminal da Capital est\u00e1 com mais de 14 mil processos em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;Em julho, no mutir\u00e3o, tentaremos realizar mais de duas mil audi\u00eancias para dar a maior celeridade poss\u00edvel aos trabalhos&#8221;, afirmou o desembargador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Encaminhamentos<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O presidente da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil &#8211; seccional Alagoas, Vagner Paes, destaca que o objetivo do NIEJ \u00e9 buscar solu\u00e7\u00f5es para o Sistema de Justi\u00e7a e para a Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica de Alagoas atrav\u00e9s do di\u00e1logo. &#8220;Quando as institui\u00e7\u00f5es passam a dialogar constantemente, as solu\u00e7\u00f5es chegam mais r\u00e1pido e s\u00e3o mais eficientes&#8221;, pondera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o ficou marcada para o dia 17 de julho, data que ser\u00e1 dedicada a pautas relacionadas \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a. O encontro acontecer\u00e1 na sede da Defensoria P\u00fablica do Estado. J\u00e1 no dia 14 de agosto ser\u00e1 realizada outra reuni\u00e3o na sede da Pol\u00edcia Civil para tratar sobre temas voltados \u00e0 Seguran\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Fizeram parte da reuni\u00e3o de hoje representantes do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas, TJAL, Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, Defensoria P\u00fablica do Estado, OAB\/AL, Secretaria de Estado da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, Pol\u00edcia Militar de Alagoas, Pol\u00edcia Civil de Alagoas e Secretaria de Estado da Ressocializa\u00e7\u00e3o
