Na reuni\u00e3o, foi criada uma for\u00e7a-tarefa tempor\u00e1ria para fiscalizar a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, o armazenamento e a revenda de fogos de artif\u00edcio. Fazem parte da for\u00e7a-tarefa o Corpo de Bombeiros, a Pol\u00edcia Militar e o Procon Alagoas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Na audi\u00eancia, tamb\u00e9m ficou estabelecido um prazo de 15 dias para que o Ex\u00e9rcito Brasileiro informe sobre a possibilidade de ajudar no armazenamento e na log\u00edstica dos produtos clandestinos que forem apreendidos durante as fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es para que, depois, esse material seja incinerado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">De acordo com o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Max Martins, \u00e9 preciso combater a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o clandestina de fogos de artif\u00edcio, pois os produtos n\u00e3o atendem aos requisitos de seguran\u00e7a, o que pode colocar a vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em risco. Martins lembrou o inc\u00eandio que ocorreu em Macei\u00f3 no dia 6 de mar\u00e7o em uma f\u00e1brica clandestina de fogos de artif\u00edcio, na parte alta da cidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201cTivemos esse epis\u00f3dio aqui em Macei\u00f3 agora em mar\u00e7o, h\u00e1 apenas tr\u00eas meses dos festejos juninos, em que h\u00e1 um grande uso de fogos de artif\u00edcio durante as celebra\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 preciso refor\u00e7ar a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e identificar as f\u00e1bricas que produzem fogos de artif\u00edcio sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o. Esses locais precisam ser fechados\u201d, explica o promotor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Ele tamb\u00e9m falou sobre a necessidade de se fiscalizar os pontos de venda desses fogos que s\u00e3o produzidos de forma clandestina. \u201cEm um segundo momento, \u00e9 preciso fiscalizar<em> in loco<\/em> a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e revenda desses produtos. Eles s\u00e3o vendidos em diversos locais. Como eles s\u00e3o impr\u00f3prios para o uso, n\u00e3o v\u00e3o poder ser comercializados.
