Assim, feita essa avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, ela \u00e9 posteriormente enviado \u00e0 Corregedoria-Geral para fins de acompanhamento e registro nos assentamentos funcionais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acordo com o corregedor-geral do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas, Maur\u00edcio Pitta, tais inspe\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o detalhadas no artigo 4\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 4\/17. \u201cA inspe\u00e7\u00e3o permanente ser\u00e1 feita pelos procuradores de Justi\u00e7a ao oficiarem nos autos, por meio do preenchimento de formul\u00e1rio de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o acerca da qualidade de atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos promotores de Justi\u00e7a que se manifestaram no processo, conforme modelo institu\u00eddo pela Corregedoria-Geral do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Quando assim entenderem necess\u00e1rio, os procuradores de Justi\u00e7a poder\u00e3o remeter \u00e0 Corregedoria-Geral c\u00f3pias das pe\u00e7as processuais e coment\u00e1rios aos trabalhos dos promotores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">5% das a\u00e7\u00f5es dever\u00e3o ser avaliadas<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Tamb\u00e9m conforme a referida resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, cada Procurador de Justi\u00e7a dever\u00e1 avaliar a atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos promotores de Justi\u00e7a em pelo menos 5% dos processos em que estejam atuando no 2\u00ba grau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Tais formul\u00e1rios de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o remetidos \u00e0 Corregedoria Geral at\u00e9 o dia 20 do m\u00eas subsequente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Por fim, cabe ao Corregedor Geral disciplinar o tr\u00e2mite, a an\u00e1lise e as provid\u00eancias a serem adotadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":17,"featured_media":10845,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-23453","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-not_mpal"],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/23453","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/17"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=23453"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/23453\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":23541,"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/23453\/revisions\/23541"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/10845"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=23453"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=23453"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=23453"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
