No encontro, foi apresentado o relat\u00f3rio das a\u00e7\u00f5es do Plano Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional 2011-2022. A Assessoria de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica (Asplage) aproveitou a oportunidade para fazer a entrega da vers\u00e3o impressa do Novo Plano Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional 2023-2029.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O balan\u00e7o sobre o planejamento anterior, finalizado em 2022, contou com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos gestores que est\u00e3o \u00e0 frente das \u00e1reas que t\u00eam relev\u00e2ncia estrat\u00e9gica para a institui\u00e7\u00e3o, a exemplo da Diretoria-Geral, Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o, Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, Recursos Humanos, entre outras. Para o subprocurador-geral Recursal, Valter Acioly, o balan\u00e7o foi positivo, parabenizando a todos pelos resultados alcan\u00e7ados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Durante a reuni\u00e3o, Acioly fez quest\u00e3o de destacar o papel dos membros e servidores pelo trabalho que desenvolvem no MP em prol dos cidad\u00e3os alagoanos. \u201cCom a atua\u00e7\u00e3o dessas pessoas, o MP s\u00f3 tende a crescer. \u00c9 um orgulho para mim participar dessa institui\u00e7\u00e3o. Os profissionais trabalham com afinco, atendendo aos anseios da sociedade. N\u00e3o \u00e9 \u00e0 toa que o MP \u00e9 um destaque nacional\u201d, pontuou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Novo PEI<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sobre o novo Plano Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional, que come\u00e7ou a ser implementado neste ano, a promotora Stela Cavalcanti, que est\u00e1 \u00e0 frente da Asplage, ressaltou que todo o processo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do documento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade alagoana, que \u00e9 a principal beneficiada com o aprimoramento dos servi\u00e7os que s\u00e3o prestados pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cN\u00f3s fizemos quest\u00e3o de ouvir a sociedade alagoana. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 trazer essa nova ideia de Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, baseado em planejamento, com a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es pensando no futuro da institui\u00e7\u00e3o. Todo o conte\u00fado est\u00e1 compilado nesse material, que est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel online em nosso site desde o in\u00edcio de janeiro.
