Ser\u00e3o mais de R$ 3 milh\u00f5es em obras a serem executadas na capital alagoana sem quaisquer custos para a prefeitura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da manipula\u00e7\u00e3o nos valores apresentados em planilha foi conduzida pela <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">16\u00aa Promotoria<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">de<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">Justi\u00e7a<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">de Capital (Fazenda<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">P\u00fablica Municipal), que tem \u00e0 frente o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Marcus R\u00f4mulo Maia de Mello. Ao analisar a licita\u00e7\u00e3o que previu a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de empresa para fazer servi\u00e7os de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, ele descobriu que a Engeluz Ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o e El\u00e9trica Eireli colocou o pre\u00e7o final da proposta em valor inferior aquele que corresponderia ao somat\u00f3rio de todos os itens apresentados. \u201cO<\/span><\/span> nosso procedimento investigou a pr\u00e1tica de manipula\u00e7\u00e3o de planilhas para vencer procedimento licitat\u00f3rio. Ent\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s algumas discuss\u00f5es, chegamos ao denominador comum de que poderia ser feito um acordo de leni\u00eancia de pura reprimenda. \u00c9 importante esclarecer que n\u00e3o houve superfaturamento no pre\u00e7o dos servi\u00e7os cobrados. O que ficou constatado \u00e9 que a empresa apresentou um valor menor para poder vencer a licita\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, explicou o promotor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Segundo ele, o acordo foi formalizado com base na Lei Anticorrup\u00e7\u00e3o, cuja mat\u00e9ria est\u00e1 regulada por meio de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do Col\u00e9gio de Procuradores de Justi\u00e7a do MPAL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><b>O acordo <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Pelo acordo, que tamb\u00e9m foi assinado por representantes das <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Secretaria Municipal de Controle Interno<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">e da Superintend\u00eancia de Ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica de Macei\u00f3, a Engeluz admitiu que os valores constantes nos itens de 01 a 170 de sua proposta n\u00e3o condizem com o pre\u00e7o final que lastreou sua contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e, visando n\u00e3o agregar outros problemas e riscos jur\u00eddicos, ofereceu R$ <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.249.370,08 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(tr\u00eas milh\u00f5es, duzentos e quarenta e nove mil, trezentos e setenta reais e oito centavos)<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">em presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, a exemplo de m\u00e3o-de-obra, ferramentas, equipamentos e materiais para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro obras. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Caber\u00e1 \u00e0 empresa realizar o invent\u00e1rio do parque de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica de Macei\u00f3, cujo valor foi estimado em R$ 1.200.000,00 (um milh\u00e3o e duzentos mil reais) e promover a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica na Avenida Alice Karoline (aeroporto) e a das subesta\u00e7\u00f5es abaixadoras de tens\u00e3o na mesma via, cujos valores foram identificados na ordem de R$ 1.366.797,61 (um milh\u00e3o, trezentos e sessenta e seis mil, setecentos e noventa e sete reais e sessenta e um centavos) e R$ 31.629,86 (trinta e um mil, seiscentos e vinte e nove reais e oitenta e seis centavos). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Ela tamb\u00e9m vai executar a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica do Parque da Mulher, que ter\u00e1 custo de R$ 332.011,62 (trezentos e trinta e dois mil, onde reais e sessenta e dois centavos), e da \u00e1rea de lazer no bairro Santa L\u00facia, entre as Ruas Aquidauana e Solim\u00f5es Desportiva, or\u00e7ada em R$ 301.473,77 (trezentos e um mil, quatrocentos e setenta e tr\u00eas reais e setenta e sete centavos).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-gallery-1 .fusion-gallery-image {border:0px solid
