Durante o encontro com promotores de Justi\u00e7a, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o refor\u00e7ou a ideia que pretende ser uma ponte entre os membros e a administra\u00e7\u00e3o superior, lembrou normativas que devem ser obedecidas e informou que divulgar\u00e1 com anteced\u00eancia o calend\u00e1rio de correi\u00e7\u00f5es que ser\u00e3o realizadas ao longo dos pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ao fazer a abertura dos trabalhos, o corregedor-geral, procurador de Justi\u00e7a Maur\u00edcio Pitta, disse que a Corregedoria-Geral deve ser um canal permanente de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre promotores de Justi\u00e7a e a chefia da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e seus \u00f3rg\u00e3os colegiados. \u201cN\u00e3o somos apenas elemento de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e com car\u00e1ter punitivo, a Corregedoria deve funcionar como um elo entre os membros do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e a administra\u00e7\u00e3o superior. Devemos ouvir os seus anseios e dificuldades e lev\u00e1-los \u00e0 chefia na busca de encontrar solu\u00e7\u00f5es. Tamb\u00e9m por isso, faremos quest\u00e3o de realizar as correi\u00e7\u00f5es pessoalmente, ouvindo de perto o promotor e constatando a sua realidade de trabalho\u201d, afirmou ele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cSomos membros de uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o respeitada e que tem obriga\u00e7\u00f5es com o cidad\u00e3o, seja aquele mais pobre e sem acesso a nada, seja aquele que possua condi\u00e7\u00f5es socioecon\u00f4micas melhores. Nossa miss\u00e3o \u00e9 atender a todos da mesma forma, com respeito e compromisso, buscando resolver suas demandas e cumprindo com aquilo que \u00e9 atribu\u00eddo ao cargo que ocupamos. E, claro, para os membros que, eventualmente, cometerem falta funcional, atuaremos conforme a lei\u201d, completou Maur\u00edcio Pitta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O calend\u00e1rio de atividades<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ao longo da reuni\u00e3o, os promotores de Justi\u00e7a foram informados que as correi\u00e7\u00f5es da Corregedoria-Geral v\u00e3o come\u00e7ar no pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o e seguir\u00e3o at\u00e9 setembro deste ano. As datas das visitas ser\u00e3o avisadas com anteced\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">No encontro, outros assuntos tamb\u00e9m estiveram em pauta, a exemplo de necessidade de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de audi\u00eancias judiciais presenciais \u2013 seguindo o que preconiza a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 781\/22 do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, atendimentos \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o in locu, obedi\u00eancia aos prazos processuais, envio de relat\u00f3rios \u00e0 pr\u00f3pria Corregedoria e ao CNMP e transi\u00e7\u00e3o de
