{"id":21265,"date":"2022-12-02T11:05:40","date_gmt":"2022-12-02T14:05:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=21265"},"modified":"2022-12-02T12:57:15","modified_gmt":"2022-12-02T15:57:15","slug":"mpal-participa-da-130a-reuniao-do-conselho-nacional-dos-corregedores-gerais-do-mp-dos-estados-e-uniao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=21265","title":{"rendered":"MPAL participa da 130\u00aa reuni\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional dos Corregedores-Gerais do MP dos Estados e Uni\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Representando o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas (MPAL), o corregedor-geral Walber Jos\u00e9 Valente de Lima esteve na 130\u00aa reuni\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional dos Corregedores-Gerais do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico dos Estados e da Uni\u00e3o (CNCGMPEU), realizada no dia 1\u00ba e 2 de dezembro na cidade de Belo Horizonte, em Minas Gerais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Durante o evento, foram abordados v\u00e1rios temas, com destaque para a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o dos estados \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnmp.mp.br\/portal\/images\/Resolucoes\/2021\/Resoluo-n-244-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 244<\/a><\/span> do Conselho Nacional do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (CNMP), que disp\u00f5e sobre crit\u00e9rios para fins de promo\u00e7\u00e3o e de remo\u00e7\u00e3o por merecimento e para permuta de integrantes do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAl\u00e9m da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 244 do CNMP, destaco tamb\u00e9m entre os itens debatidos de interesse institucional o disciplinamento do trabalho remoto e quando ele pode ser realizado. Foi uma reuni\u00e3o muito importante e que marca o fim da minha gest\u00e3o \u00e0 frente da Corregedoria-Geral do MPAL&#8221;, ponderou o procurador Walber Valente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>CNCGMPEU<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O Conselho Nacional dos Corregedores-Gerais do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico dos Estados e da Uni\u00e3o foi institu\u00eddo em Corumb\u00e1, Mato Grosso do Sul, em 25 de mar\u00e7o de 1994.
