{"id":19837,"date":"2022-10-25T11:20:16","date_gmt":"2022-10-25T14:20:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=19837"},"modified":"2022-10-27T08:26:24","modified_gmt":"2022-10-27T11:26:24","slug":"ministerio-publico-firma-acordo-com-a-receita-federal-para-a-efetivacao-dos-direitos-de-criancas-adolescentes-e-idosos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=19837","title":{"rendered":"Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico firma Acordo com a Receita Federal para a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos de crian\u00e7as, adolescentes e idosos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Nesta segunda-feira (24), o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas (MPAL) assinou Acordo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica (ACT) com a Uni\u00e3o, atrav\u00e9s da Receita Federal do Brasil \u2013 4\u00aa Regi\u00e3o Fiscal, com o objetivo de facilitar uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o integrada entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es na efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos de crian\u00e7as, adolescentes e idosos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acordo com o procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, M\u00e1rcio Roberto de Albuquerque, a ideia por tr\u00e1s da iniciativa \u00e9 manter um canal aberto e permanente de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre o MP e a Receita Federal, com \u00eanfase na aferi\u00e7\u00e3o do efetivo respeito \u00e0 garantia dos direitos dessa parcela da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201c\u00c9 uma honra receber representantes da Receita Federal para um prop\u00f3sito t\u00e3o nobre, que \u00e9 possibilitarmos mais ainda que as crian\u00e7as e adolescentes do nosso pa\u00eds possam ter um futuro melhor. Esse Acordo tamb\u00e9m busca garantir os direitos das pessoas idosas, que tanto contribu\u00edram e continuam a contribuir com a nossa sociedade\u201d, explicou o PGJ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Durante o evento, superintendente-adjunto da Receita Federal, Ginaldo Ant\u00f4nio, destacou a import\u00e2ncia do papel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico na promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos sociais junto \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o alagoana. Na ocasi\u00e3o, ele tamb\u00e9m falou sobre a possibilidade de fomento de entidades sociais atrav\u00e9s da declara\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto de Renda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201c\u00c9 nesse sentido que se encaixaria esse Acordo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica. A Receita Federal vem se empenhando ao longo do tempo por um direito que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 previsto h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas, que \u00e9 a possibilidade que o cidad\u00e3o tem de destinar parte do seu imposto para qualquer entidade, como o Fundo da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente ou o Fundo do Idoso, contribuindo para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas no setor\u201d,
