{"id":15469,"date":"2013-04-29T10:41:57","date_gmt":"2013-04-29T13:41:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=15469"},"modified":"2022-08-10T10:42:41","modified_gmt":"2022-08-10T13:42:41","slug":"mpe-investiga-impacto-ambiental-de-queda-de-barreiras-na-avenida-pierre-chalita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=15469","title":{"rendered":"MPE investiga impacto ambiental de queda de barreiras na Avenida Pierre Chalita"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual (MPE), por meio da Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Defesa do Meio Ambiente da Capital, instaurou procedimento preparat\u00f3rio para investigar \u00a0os danos ambientais provocados pela queda de barreiras e alagamentos em trecho da rec\u00e9m-conclu\u00edda Avenida Pierre Chalita durante as chuvas na semana passada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">No procedimento, o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Alberto Fonseca requisita c\u00f3pia do processo de licenciamento ambiental que autorizou a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o da avenida, inclusive de processos que se refiram \u00e0 autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o. Mat\u00e9rias jornal\u00edsticas publicadas pela imprensa local tamb\u00e9m servir\u00e3o no estudo do caso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acordo com Fonseca, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o da avenida pode colocar em risco \u201ca sa\u00fade, a vida, o meio ambiente e o patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico e privado, sendo certo que empreendimentos de tal envergadura devem contemplar sistema de drenagem e obras de conten\u00e7\u00e3o de processos erosivos eficientes\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O promotor comandar\u00e1 no dia 10 de maio uma audi\u00eancia com a Secretaria Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Meio Ambiente (SEMPMA) e a Secretaria Municipal de Infraestrutura (Seminfra).
