A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Moradores da Rua Lucilo Sim\u00f5es Souza (Amoluza) procurou o MPE\/AL para denunciar o despejo de lixo residencial e res\u00edduos da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, atraindo vetores, inclusive com focos de Aedes Aegypti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acordo com a den\u00fancia formulada \u00e0\u00a04\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a,\u00a0os terrenos foram transformados em dep\u00f3sito irregular de lixo a c\u00e9u aberto. A comunidade afirma estar com a sa\u00fade e a seguran\u00e7a amea\u00e7adas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ap\u00f3s receber a representa\u00e7\u00e3o feita pela Amoluza, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico requisitou \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao Meio Ambiente (SEMPA) per\u00edcia de constata\u00e7\u00e3o de dano ambiental, com respostas aos quesitos a serem formulados pela 4\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Capital, \u00e0 Superintend\u00eancia Municipal de Controle e Conv\u00edvio Urbano (SMCCU) sobre a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o do local \u00e0s normas urban\u00edsticas e \u00e0 Superintend\u00eancia de Limpeza Urbana de Macei\u00f3 (SLUM).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O promotor de Justi\u00e7a Alberto Fonseca designou audi\u00eancia para o dia 21 de mar\u00e7o, \u00e0s 10h,para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um audi\u00eancia com o objetivo de debater o caso.
