M\u00e1rcio Roberto esclareceu que correi\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o realizadas em cumprimento ao disposto no art. 16, inciso I, da Lei N\u00b0 15\/1996, visando orientar e fiscalizar as atividades funcionais dos membros do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, para que os servi\u00e7os da institui\u00e7\u00e3o ministerial sejam otimizados em favor da sociedade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Destacou ainda que a Corregedoria-Geral do MPE\/AL tem dado \u00eanfase \u00e0 atividade de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o aos Promotores de Justi\u00e7a, a exemplo da publica\u00e7\u00e3o da Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o CG-MPE\/AL N\u00b0 007\/2012, de 29\/03\/2012, editada conjuntamente pelo Corregedor-Geral,.
