A portaria do procedimento foi publicada em Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado (DOE) desta segunda-feira (17).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual vai investigar a linha 305 da empresa de via\u00e7\u00e3o que teria apresentado altera\u00e7\u00e3o no trajeto Aeroporto-Ponta Verde sem licita\u00e7\u00e3o, que \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria para mudan\u00e7as desta natureza.
