{"id":12249,"date":"2007-08-17T10:58:19","date_gmt":"2007-08-17T13:58:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=12249"},"modified":"2022-07-13T10:58:59","modified_gmt":"2022-07-13T13:58:59","slug":"mp-vai-investigar-rombo-de-r-16-milhao-na-prefeitura-de-maceio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpal.mp.br\/?p=12249","title":{"rendered":"MP vai investigar rombo de R$ 1,6 milh\u00e3o na Prefeitura de Macei\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a de Alagoas, Coaracy Fonseca, recebeu hoje \u00e0 tarde do prefeito C\u00edcero Almeida o pedido de abertura de procedimento investigativo sobre irregularidades supostamente praticadas pelo ex-procurador da Secretaria Municipal de Finan\u00e7as, Luiz Gustavo, que j\u00e1 teria causado um preju\u00edzo estimado em R$ 1,6 milh\u00e3o \u00e0 Prefeitura de Macei\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O prefeito estava acompanhado do procurador-geral do Munic\u00edpio, Di\u00f3genes Ten\u00f3rio J\u00fanior, e da secret\u00e1ria municipal de Finan\u00e7as, Macilene de Oliveira Costa. De acordo com a secret\u00e1ria, na representa\u00e7\u00e3o ao MP Estadual foram entregues documentos referentes a 38 processos, configurando ren\u00fancia fiscal fraudulenta por parte da Prefeitura. \u201cOutros 30 processos, cujos valores est\u00e3o sendo calculados, ser\u00e3o encaminhados depois ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico\u201d, afirmou a secret\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Segundo o procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a, a representa\u00e7\u00e3o da Prefeitura ser\u00e1 encaminhada aos promotores do Grupo Estadual de Combate \u00e0s Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Criminosas (Gecoc) e da Fazenda P\u00fablica Municipal, para que as den\u00fancias sejam apuradas, j\u00e1 que h\u00e1 caracter\u00edsticas de crime organizado.
