DAS DISPOSI\u00c7\u00d5ES PRELIMINARES<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"7a4795205be86c1a7\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.1. Os objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas est\u00e3o contidos no Plano Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional \u2013 PEI 2023 \u2013 2029, o qual teve seus programas desdobrados no Plano Geral de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 PGA 2023 \u2013 2026, sendo este \u00faltimo um recorte temporal do primeiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.2. A gest\u00e3o de projetos vem sendo desenvolvida como forma de materializar os objetivos institucionais e consiste no conjunto de instrumentos utilizado para identificar, planejar, coordenar e realizar a\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento e inova\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas \u2013 MPAL.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-controls=\"7a4ff95341f16104a\" role=\"tab\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-64464-1\" data-target=\"#7a4ff95341f16104a\" href=\"#7a4ff95341f16104a\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">2.DO OBJETO<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"7a4ff95341f16104a\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.1. Ser\u00e3o submetidas a este edital, para an\u00e1lise quanto \u00e0 prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o, propostas de novos projetos estrat\u00e9gicos para o exerc\u00edcio 2026, alinhados \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no PEI 2023 \u2013 2029 e ao PGA 2023 \u2013 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.2. Al\u00e9m do alinhamento aos documentos elencados no item 2.1, as propostas poder\u00e3o ser alinhadas \u00e0s tem\u00e1ticas priorit\u00e1rias definidas no Anexo I deste edital, as quais correspondem \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es\/projetos constantes do PGA 2023 \u2013 2026 ainda n\u00e3o executados e outras que constam do Planejamento Estrat\u00e9gico Nacional \u2013 PEN\/Plano Nacional de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica \u2013 PNAE\/CNMP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.3. As propostas ser\u00e3o classificadas para fins de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o e acordo com os crit\u00e9rios constantes do Anexo II deste edital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.4. O processo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 coordenado pela Assessoria de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica \u2013 ASPLAGE e definido por escolha do Excelent\u00edssimo Procurador-Geral de Justi\u00e7a (Decisor Estrat\u00e9gico), atendidos os crit\u00e9rios constantes deste edital, a conveni\u00eancia, oportunidade e disponibilidade dos recursos or\u00e7ament\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.5. O objeto e escopo das a\u00e7\u00f5es previstas nas propostas apresentadas poder\u00e1 abranger apenas um \u00f3rg\u00e3o\/unidade\/setor do MPAL ou todo o estado de Alagoas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.5.1. No que tange aos projetos vinculados \u00e0 \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o final\u00edstica, ter\u00e3o prioridade as propostas que possibilitem a replica\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es por meio da ades\u00e3o formalizada das promotorias distribu\u00eddas por todo o estado de Alagoas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-controls=\"0e8a83bb87608e99c\" role=\"tab\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-64464-1\" data-target=\"#0e8a83bb87608e99c\" href=\"#0e8a83bb87608e99c\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">3. DAS \u00c1REAS TEM\u00c1TICAS E VINCULA\u00c7\u00c3O ESTRAT\u00c9GICA<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"0e8a83bb87608e99c\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.1. Os projetos submetidos a este edital dever\u00e3o estar alinhados obrigatoriamente aos programas e a\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no PEI 2023 \u2013 2029, ao PGA 2023 \u2013 2026 ou aos temas priorit\u00e1rios definidos no Anexo I.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.2. \u00c9 admitida a submiss\u00e3o de propostas que atendam exclusivamente \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es do PEI 2023 \u2013 2026, ao Plano CNMP\/PNAE ou, ainda, que integrem elementos de ambos os planos, desde que haja clara indica\u00e7\u00e3o da vincula\u00e7\u00e3o no item espec\u00edfico do formul\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.3. A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das propostas adotar\u00e1 como crit\u00e9rio de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o mais relevante o grau de alinhamento com os programas e a\u00e7\u00f5es definidas no PEI 2023 \u2013 2029 e PGA 2023 \u2013 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.3.1. Projetos com alinhamento direto e demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de impacto positivo nos objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos ter\u00e3o prioridade na sele\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-controls=\"e61757fab56852548\" role=\"tab\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-64464-1\" data-target=\"#e61757fab56852548\" href=\"#e61757fab56852548\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">4. DO ENVIO DAS PROPOSTAS<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"e61757fab56852548\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.1. As propostas ser\u00e3o encaminhadas para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o por meio do formul\u00e1rio de Termo de Abertura de Projeto \u2013 TAP, a ser disponibilizado pela Assessoria de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica no site institucional ou por meios eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.2. O formul\u00e1rio dever\u00e1 ser preenchido da forma mais objetiva poss\u00edvel, com preenchimento suficiente de todos os campos para o detalhamento da proposta e dos recursos necess\u00e1rios para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-controls=\"3404660ffde243a93\" role=\"tab\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-64464-1\" data-target=\"#3404660ffde243a93\" href=\"#3404660ffde243a93\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">5.DAS RESPONSABILIDADES DOS ENVOLVIDOS<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"3404660ffde243a93\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.1. EQUIPE DO PROJETO<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.1.1. No preenchimento dos itens do formul\u00e1rio, cada proposta dever\u00e1 apresentar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Indica\u00e7\u00e3o, no item correspondente, dos integrantes da equipe de execu\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 designada para desempenhar as atividades do projeto em conson\u00e2ncia com os cronogramas e nos prazos especificados para cada integrante;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Indica\u00e7\u00e3o do gerente do projeto \u2013 integrante da equipe respons\u00e1vel pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o, presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas, gest\u00e3o documental e gerenciamento do cronograma e a\u00e7\u00f5es do projeto;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c. Anu\u00eancia do respons\u00e1vel pela \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o afeta ao projeto (Integrante do Comit\u00ea de Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica) endossando a iniciativa (assinando conjuntamente com o proponente);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d. Registro de apoio em atividade\/entrega \u2013 anexo que dever\u00e1 constar do TAP sempre que a equipe necessitar de apoio imprescind\u00edvel de determinado setor\/diretoria para determinadas a\u00e7\u00f5es ou entregas do projeto, sem as quais o resultado restar\u00e1 prejudicado. O registro de pedido de apoio dever\u00e1 consignar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2013 a ci\u00eancia do respons\u00e1vel pelo referido setor\/diretoria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II \u2013 a descri\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade\/entrega e o per\u00edodo em que ser\u00e1 realizada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.1.2. A equipe do projeto pode ser composta por membros, servidores, estagi\u00e1rios ou volunt\u00e1rios do MPAL, desde que tenham disponibilidade para atua\u00e7\u00e3o no projeto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.1.3. Todos os integrantes da equipe devem ser identificados nominalmente no Termo de Abertura \u2013 TAP com especifica\u00e7\u00e3o de nome, setor, cargo, com descri\u00e7\u00e3o sint\u00e9tica das tarefas que efetivamente desempenhar\u00e3o no projeto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.1.4. Todas as atividades ou entregas previstas no cronograma devem possuir pelo menos um integrante da equipe como respons\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.2. MEMBRO DO COMIT\u00ca DE GEST\u00c3O ESTRAT\u00c9GICA<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.2.1. Compete ao respons\u00e1vel pela \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica (Membro do Comit\u00ea de Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica) avaliar, antes da remessa do formul\u00e1rio, o interesse da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, a viabilidade da demanda, seu alinhamento ao PGA e ao Plano Estrat\u00e9gico 2023-2029, endossando a proposta, sendo validado pela Asplage e pelo Procurador-Geral de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.3. GERENTE DO PROJETO<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.3.1. O gerente de projeto deve ser, necessariamente, servidor \u2013 efetivo ou comissionado \u2013 do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.3.2. Compete ao gerente do projeto no processo de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Elaborar e encaminhar, ap\u00f3s trabalho conjunto com idealizador do projeto e com apoio da equipe, o Termo de Abertura de Projeto \u2013 TAP para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o conforme os requisitos deste edital;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Observar os requisitos para a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de propostas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.4. COL\u00c9GIO DE PROCURADORES<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.4.1. Em atendimento \u00e0 Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 24\/2023 \u2013 CPJ, que disp\u00f5e sobre a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Procuradores de justi\u00e7a na constru\u00e7\u00e3o e na execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos institucionais, o Procurador-Geral de Justi\u00e7a consultar\u00e1 o Col\u00e9gio de Procuradores no momento da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o final dos projetos priorizados, que preceder\u00e1 a designa\u00e7\u00e3o formal das equipes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.4.2. A consulta ao Col\u00e9gio de Procuradores tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 feita nas hip\u00f3teses de altera\u00e7\u00e3o, suspens\u00e3o e cancelamento dos projetos durante o per\u00edodo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-controls=\"f96b479bcfef22bde\" role=\"tab\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-64464-1\" data-target=\"#f96b479bcfef22bde\" href=\"#f96b479bcfef22bde\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">6. DO SUPORTE \u00c0 EQUIPE DE PROJETO<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"f96b479bcfef22bde\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6.1. Compete \u00e0 Assessoria de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica \u2013 Asplage, com apoio do Escrit\u00f3rio de Projetos \u2013 EPE:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Assessorar o Procurador-Geral de Justi\u00e7a no processo de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o previsto neste edital;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Dirimir d\u00favidas sobre o processo e a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de gest\u00e3o de projetos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c. Realizar an\u00e1lise pr\u00e9via de documentos, inclusive quanto \u00e0 corre\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d. Organizar e viabilizar as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">e. Reportar, quando necess\u00e1rio, ao Comit\u00ea de Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica eventuais problemas e conflitos decorrentes do processo de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">f. Comunicar aos interessados o andamento das fases previstas no processo deste edital;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">g. Reportar, quando necess\u00e1rio, ao Comit\u00ea de Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica e ao Procurador-Geral de Justi\u00e7a, as situa\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o previstas neste edital.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-controls=\"358abaaaabfd92dea\" role=\"tab\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-64464-1\" data-target=\"#358abaaaabfd92dea\" href=\"#358abaaaabfd92dea\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">7. DO PREENCHIMENTO E ENCAMINHAMENTO DA PROPOSTA<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"358abaaaabfd92dea\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.1. As propostas dever\u00e3o ser encaminhadas no prazo de 15 (quinze) dias corridos, a contar do primeiro dia \u00fatil ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o deste edital, ao e-mail escritorio.projetos@mpal.mp.br utilizando o formul\u00e1rio Termo de Abertura de Projeto \u2013 TAP (Anexo III).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.2. Recebidas as propostas, caber\u00e1 ao Escrit\u00f3rio de Projetos realizar an\u00e1lise pr\u00e9via da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, obedecida a ordem de recebimento, para verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da conformidade e adequa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 metodologia e aos crit\u00e9rios constantes deste edital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.3. Constatadas incorre\u00e7\u00f5es na proposta, o Escrit\u00f3rio de Projetos comunicar\u00e1 ao proponente acerca da necessidade de corre\u00e7\u00e3o ou complementa\u00e7\u00e3o, para reenvio no prazo estipulado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.4. DOS CRIT\u00c9RIOS DE AVALIA\u00c7\u00c3O E DE PRIORIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DAS PROPOSTAS<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"4223f34f94dfff590\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.1. O Procurador-Geral de Justi\u00e7a realizar\u00e1 an\u00e1lise para prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o das propostas por meio de formul\u00e1rio espec\u00edfico, conforme crit\u00e9rios constantes do Anexo II.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.2. A pontua\u00e7\u00e3o obtida pelas propostas ser\u00e1 utilizada para elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma lista \u00fanica de prioridade em ordem decrescente de notas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.3. A lista final de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 composta por at\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. 15 (quinze) propostas de projetos da \u00e1rea final\u00edstica que necessitem de disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos financeiros;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. 10 (dez) propostas de projetos da \u00e1rea estruturante que necessitem de disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos financeiros;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c. 10 (dez) propostas de projetos de ambas as \u00e1reas que n\u00e3o necessitem de disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos financeiros, sendo 5 (cinco) da \u00e1rea final\u00edstica e 5 (cinco) da \u00e1rea estruturante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.4. Ser\u00e3o considerados reprovados os projetos que n\u00e3o pontuarem nos crit\u00e9rios de alinhamento com a estrat\u00e9gia ou disponibilidade de recursos solicitados, bem como aqueles que prevejam gastos em valores incompat\u00edveis com os resultados esperados (economicidade).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.5. Em caso de empate na pontua\u00e7\u00e3o, a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 definida respeitando os crit\u00e9rios de desempate previstos neste item, na seguinte ordem:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.5.1. Maior nota no crit\u00e9rio de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o Alinhamento estrat\u00e9gico;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.5.2. Maior nota no crit\u00e9rio de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o Disponibilidade de recursos solicitados;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.5.3. DAS FASES<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"4e203c7d9fe9b6c69\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1\u00aa Fase \u2013 publica\u00e7\u00e3o do edital no Di\u00e1rio Oficial Eletr\u00f4nico do MPAL;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2\u00aa Fase \u2013 abertura do prazo de 15 (quinze) dias corridos, contados a partir do primeiro dia \u00fatil ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do edital, para recebimento das propostas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3\u00aa Fase \u2013 an\u00e1lise t\u00e9cnica pr\u00e9via pelo Escrit\u00f3rio de Projetos: inicia-se com o recebimento das propostas dentro do prazo do edital e encerra-se com a an\u00e1lise pr\u00e9via de todas as propostas recebidas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4\u00aa Fase \u2013 prepara\u00e7\u00e3o das propostas e apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ao decisor estrat\u00e9gico: consiste na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das propostas pela Asplage para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o final e prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o. As mesmas ser\u00e3o avaliadas e priorizadas conforme os crit\u00e9rios estabelecidos no Anexo II em at\u00e9 10 (dez) dias corridos contados da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o formal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5\u00aa Fase \u2013 publica\u00e7\u00e3o da lista final de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o: o resultado final ser\u00e1 publicado em at\u00e9 5 (cinco) dias \u00fateis ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino da fase anterior.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\" role=\"tabpanel\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-controls=\"2eceedd8450884ece\" role=\"tab\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-64464-1\" data-target=\"#2eceedd8450884ece\" href=\"#2eceedd8450884ece\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">10. O resultado final com a lista de prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial Eletr\u00f4nico do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Alagoas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10.2. Ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do resultado final, os tr\u00e2mites seguintes para in\u00edcio da execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos priorizados seguir\u00e3o as etapas de:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Aprova\u00e7\u00e3o conforme fluxo previamente aprovado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Designa\u00e7\u00e3o formal da equipe para in\u00edcio da execu\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c. Desdobramento do escopo do projeto e inclus\u00e3o no Sistema INOVA;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d. Execu\u00e7\u00e3o e monitoramento;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">e. Finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto e entrega dos resultados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10. 3.
